Billing: processing payment receipts and generating invoices

All medical data (physical evaluations) is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (never stored in plain text)
Access to the administrative system is role-based (trainers only see their own clients)
Our database is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with automated backups

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with:

Your assigned trainer (limited to class-related information only)
Payment processing services (Bancolombia, Nequi) — only the payment confirmation
Email delivery service (Resend) — for sending transactional notifications

5. WhatsApp Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive messages via WhatsApp from our virtual assistant Caro, including:

Booking confirmations and reminders
Plan renewal notifications
Studio news and promotions

You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying "STOP" or by contacting us directly.

6. Your Rights

In accordance with Colombian data protection law (Law 1581 of 2012), you have the right to:
